2. Description of Service

LazyReels is an AI-powered reel generation platform that allows users to upload images and videos and automatically generate short-form video content (reels) suitable for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Content Ownership & License

Your Content: You retain ownership of all images, videos, and other media you upload to LazyReels. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, and store your content solely for the purpose of generating your reels.

Generated Reels: You own the reels generated by LazyReels from your content. You are free to use, share, and distribute your generated reels on any platform.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload. Do not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Upload content that contains nudity, violence, or hate speech
Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Free accounts receive a limited number of video generation credits.
Paid plans provide additional credits and features as described on our pricing page.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. AI-Generated Content

LazyReels uses artificial intelligence to generate scripts, text overlays, thumbnails, and video effects. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. You should review all generated content before sharing it publicly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazyReels and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
