Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Lazy Reels, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Lazy Reels generates podcast videos using AI: script generation, video rendering, image generation, and transcription, in combination. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. Billing

The service operates on a prepaid credit balance. Each generation costs the per-clip rate of the chosen model plus a small script charge — the estimated total is shown and deducted before generation begins. If a scene fails to render due to provider error, the cost of that scene is refunded automatically.

A Premium membership unlocks longer videos, more hosts per podcast, and priority generation. Membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You authorize us to charge your linked payment method for the membership and to deduct API usage from your credit balance.

4. Acceptable use

Don't generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive, infringes others' intellectual property, or impersonates real people without consent. Don't attempt to abuse the service (rate-limit evasion, scraping, etc.). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules and to remove any generated content at our discretion.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and of the outputs we generate for you. By marking a video public, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the feed and (if selected by our editor) in the featured section of the home page.

You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any blog URL or topic you submit.

6. Third-party AI

Our generation pipeline relies on third-party AI providers (OpenRouter, Fal.ai, etc.). Their availability, latency, and content policies can change without notice. We don't guarantee any particular output quality, style, or speed, and we're not responsible for content that a third-party model rejects.

7. Refunds

If a generation fails entirely due to our system or a provider error, the full estimated cost is refunded to your credit balance. If some scenes succeed and some fail, you receive a stitched video of the successful scenes and a pro-rated refund for the failed ones.

Membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the period ends.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime by contacting us. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access stops immediately; we may keep records as required by law.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email and on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lazy Reels is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
