- Payment Information: When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and transaction references — never your card details.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the service, including pages visited and features used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the LazyReels service
- Generate reels from your uploaded media using AI
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (reel ready notifications, payment confirmations)
- Send promotional emails if you have opted in

3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Media files you upload are stored in Amazon S3 and are automatically deleted after your reel is generated. Generated reels are stored until you delete them from your dashboard.
We use HTTPS for all data transmission and follow security best practices to protect your information.

We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe: For payment processing
- Amazon S3: For file storage
- Mailgun: For sending emails
- AI Services: For generating scripts and thumbnails
